Group A:Patients in Group A were randomly given their first injection of type A botulinum toxin with a 34-gauge subcutaneous needle, and then received a 30-gauge subcutaneous needle for the second tre
Group B:Patients in group B were randomly given a first 30-G subcutaneous injection of type A botulinum toxin, followed by a second 34-G subcutaneous injection three months later.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with primary facial spasm; 2.No botulinum toxin type A injection treatment in recent 3 months; 3.Those who have clear awareness, can communicate normally, will not leave their residence within half a year, and can cooperate to complete treatment, observation and follow-up; 4.Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications for botulinum toxin type A injection, including pregnancy, breastfeeding, known allergy to botulinum toxin type A, known neuromuscular diseases and skin infection at the injection site; 2.Allergic to needles and skin disinfectants, and intolerant to acupuncture; 3.Serious diseases of circulation, blood, respiration, digestion and urinary system; 4.Participating in other similar studies;
