Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer. 2. Age >= 18 years and <= 75 years. 3. No previous anticancer treatment (including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or immunotherapy). 4. No history of hematological diseases, autoimmune diseases, or other conditions known to significantly affect blood indices..

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History or presence of other primary malignancies. 2. Prior neoadjuvant radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy before surgery. 3. Presence of active infection associated with the tumor. 4. Recent use of hormonal therapy prior to surgery. 5. Severe impairment of liver or kidney function. 6. Diagnosis of a psychiatric illness.
