Interventions

Standard group:Develop the standard rescue procedure according to the 2020 American Heart Association CPR guidelines.
Tourniquet group:Standard group treatment: tourniquets on both lower limbs

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80 years old; 2.Patients with a clinical diagnosis of cardiac arrest (CA); 3.Informed consent was obtained;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with traumatic cardiac arrest; 2.The patient had contraindications to lower extremity tourniquet placement; 3.Patients were treated with ECMO and/or IABP; 4.Patients during pregnancy; 5. Pregnant patients.
