Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Local permanent residents; 2. Aged 18 to 79 years; 3. Able to cooperate in completing pulmonary function tests and LDCT screening.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of myocardial infarction, stroke, or shock within the past 3 months; severe cardiac insufficiency, arrhythmia, or unstable angina within the past 4 weeks; uncontrolled hypertension; aortic aneurysm. 2. History of massive hemoptysis within the past 4 weeks; pneumothorax or giant pulmonary bullae with no plans for surgical intervention. 3. Subjects who cannot discontinue oxygen therapy or whose maximum breath-hold time is less than 7 seconds.
