Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Braden score =18 years; 3.Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe mental illness or consciousness disorders; 2.Severe skin diseases affecting wound assessment; 3.Terminal illnesses; 4.Key variable missing>=20%.
