Interventions

Trial Group:Conventional drug therapy (sertraline 50-100mg qd) combined with bright light therapy (light intensity 1000lx, 30 minutes daily, in the morning from 7 to 9 AM)
Control Group:Conventional drug therapy (sertraline 50-100mg qd) combined with placebo light therapy (light intensity 50lx, 30 minutes daily, in the morning from 7 to 9 AM)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The age must satisfy >=12 years old and 17 points, DSRSC score > 15 points; 5.Signed informed consent form by legal guardian, voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Comorbid with other psychiatric disorders (such as bipolar affective disorder, schizophrenia, etc.) or diagnosed with seasonal affective disorder; 2.Patients with severe suicide risk or a history of suicide attempts; 3.Currently taking beta-blockers; 4.Comorbid with serious somatic diseases or organic brain diseases; 5.Accompanied by ocular diseases, systemic diseases affecting the retina, or currently using photosensitizers.
