Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Education level: Bachelor's degree or above, professional title: Nurse Practitioner or above; 2.Working experience in the operating room: >= 3 years, experience in assisting in laparoscopic surgeries: >= 1 year; 3.Total number of laparoscopic surgeries assisted: >= 100; 4.Completed training in assisting similar open surgeries and laparoscopic surgeries in fields such as general surgery, urology, hepatobiliary surgery, and gastrointestinal surgery; 5.Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who took sick leave for more than one month and were unable to remain on duty continuously; 2.Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
