Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with osteoporotic fractures within 3 months through imaging methods (X-ray or CT); 2.The fracture site exhibits typical characteristics of osteoporotic fractures (such as in the vertebrae, hip, distal radius, etc.); 3.The diagnosis criteria for osteoporosis in accordance with the World Health Organization (WHO) or relevant guidelines (typically: determined by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, with the T-value of bone density in the lumbar spine or hip = -2.5 SD). 4.Aged between 50 and 85 years old; 5.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological fractures caused by severe trauma, metastasis of malignant tumors to the bones, or other clearly non-osteoporosis-related reasons (such as Paget's disease); 2.Suffering from other diseases that severely affect bone metabolism (such as hyperparathyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, active rheumatoid arthritis, etc.). 3.Taking drugs that affect bone metabolism for a long time (such as glucocorticoids, antiepileptic drugs, aromatase inhibitors, etc.); 4.Combined with severe dysfunction of the heart, liver and kidneys; 5.Having acute or chronic infections, autoimmune diseases, or other systemic inflammatory conditions;
