Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-65; 2.13C-UBT or biopsy confirmed H. pylori positive; 3.no prior eradication therapy; 4.signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Antibiotics/probiotics within 3 months; 2.previous gastric surgery; 3.IBD; 4.immunodeficiency; 5.pregnancy/lactation. 6.Severe heart, liver, or kidney failure
