Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with locally advanced thyroid cancer who received treatment at our institution between January 2010 and December 2026. 2. Age >= 14 years. 3. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0–2. 4. Histologically or cytologically confirmed thyroid carcinoma, including differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC), medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), poorly differentiated thyroid carcinoma (PDTC), and anaplastic thyroid carcinoma (ATC). 5. For patients receiving neoadjuvant therapy, the presence of at least one measurable lesion is required according to the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) version 1.1. 6. Adequate function of major organs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse tumor tissue biopsy or surgery. 2. History of other treatments for cancer, including surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or molecular targeted therapy, that may affect the current treatment plan. 3. Concurrent active malignancies. 4. Uncontrolled systemic diseases, including diabetes, hypertension, etc. 5. Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
