Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age <= 18 years old; 2. Postoperative pathological diagnosis is thyroid cancer; 3. Complete preoperative ultrasound imaging data and surgical resection tissue samples are available; 4. There are at least 3 years of follow-up data after the surgery, including clinical information such as metastasis and recurrence; 5. Tumor tissue samples that meet quality inspection standards are obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Merge with other malignant tumors; 2. Received anti-tumor treatments such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy before the surgery; 3. The quality of the ultrasound images is poor, making feature extraction impossible; 4. The tissue samples were improperly preserved, preventing sequencing analysis.
