Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. RA Diagnostic Criteria: Meet the RA diagnostic criteria proposed by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) in 1987, or the RA classification criteria jointly established by the ACR and the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) in 2010. 2. Age 18–70 years, any gender. 3. The patient is informed and consents to participate in this study. 4. Normal control group: Select healthy volunteers matched with RA patients in age and gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe end-stage organ failure, hematologic diseases, malignant tumors, or psychiatric disorders; 2.Patients with other systemic autoimmune diseases (such as ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjögren's syndrome, systemic vasculitis, dermatomyositis, etc.); 3.Patients with congenital heart disease (such as atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus, tetralogy of Fallot, etc.); 4.Patients previously diagnosed with the following severe cardiovascular diseases: severe arrhythmias (such as persistent atrial fibrillation, malignant ventricular arrhythmias, etc.), or structural heart disease (such as severe valvular heart disease, hypertrophic or dilated cardiomyopathy, etc.); 5.Pregnant or lactating women.
