Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting ACS diagnostic criteria [6]; 2.Age >= 18 years; 3.Completed coronary angiography demonstrating >=50% stenosis in at least one major coronary artery or its branch; 4.Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with organic heart disease such as valvular heart disease or congenital heart disease; 2.Recent history of severe trauma, major surgery, or trauma; 3.Hyperthyroidism, rheumatic/immune disorders, hematologic malignancies, hepatitis, or malignancies; 4.Severe infectious or debilitating diseases; 5.Severe heart failure, respiratory failure, severe hepatic/renal insufficiency, or pregnancy; 6.Severe psychiatric disorders.
