18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18-45 years old; 2. Singleton pregnancy, gestational age >=28 weeks; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for sleep disorders (PSQI score >=7 points); 4. Voluntarily participate in the research and sign the informed consent form; 5. Plan to continue residing in Luzhou City for more than six months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other serious pregnancy complications (except gestational diabetes and gestational hypertension); 2. Have mental illness or cognitive impairment; 3. Those with moderate to severe depression (in the PHQ-9 score, 10-14 is considered moderate depression, and >=15 is considered severe depression;); 4. There are contraindications for exercise; 5. Planning to terminate the pregnancy or having a fetus with severe congenital malformations.
