Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who received regular prenatal care and completed delivery in the Department of Obstetrics of the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from January 2021 to June 2024. 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for GDM (strictly follow the criteria of "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (2022)" (formulated by the Group of Obstetrics, Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Chinese Medical Association)) 3. Complete electronic medical records and related examination data (such as OGTT results, gestational age records, demographic information, laboratory indicators, delivery records, etc.).

Exclusion criteria: 1. Missing key information of medical records 2. Pregnant women with stillbirth
