Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old, gender not limited, and willing to sign the informed consent form; 2.Liver biopsy diagnosis of SLD or imaging suggests fatty liver; 3.The compliance is good and the follow-up principle can be adhered to; 4.LSM>=8 kPa;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There is evidence suggesting current hepatitis virus infection; 2.Has a history of autoimmune liver diseases (such as PBC, PSC, AIH, IGG4-related liver diseases, etc.); 3.Currently taking medications that may cause hepatic steatosis/steatohepatitis (including amserotonin, methotrexate, hormones, tetracycline, tamoxifen, steroids, valproic acid, etc.); 4.Suffering from diseases that cause hepatic steatosis (including but not limited to hemochromatosis, hepatolenticular degeneration, severe malnutrition, and a 1-antitrypsin deficiency); 5.Has a history of malignant tumors; 6.Previous history of liver resection and liver transplantation; 7.There has been no history of decompensated liver cirrhosis in the past year; 8.During pregnancy or lactation; 9.Patients with other serious diseases that affect follow-up compliance; 10.The researcher judged that it was not suitable to participate in this study;
