Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 years; 2. Patient admission and diagnosis comply with the Chinese Medical Association's "Guidelines for ICU Patient Admission and Related Regulations; 3. Normal intra-abdominal pressure upon admission; 4. The subject or their family fully understands the patient information and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Expected ICU length of stay less than 7 days; 2. Unable to receive enteral nutrition 48 hours after ICU admission; 3. History of intestinal surgery or congenital intestinal malformations; 4. Chronic or acute intestinal diseases such as intestinal obstruction, active gastrointestinal bleeding, or severe intestinal infection; 5. Received antibiotic therapy or probiotics affecting gut microbiota within the past 6 months; 6. Severe malnutrition; 7. Patients with severe immunodeficiency .
