Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lichen planus group: (1) Patients with lichen planus aged 18-70; (2) Patients diagnosed with lichen planus (meeting the typical skin manifestations of purplish-red polygonal flat papules and Wickham striae, as well as histopathological changes such as sawtooth-shaped epidermal abnormalities, basal cell liquefaction degeneration, wedge-shaped thickening of the granular layer, irregular proliferation of the spinous layer, and band-like lymphocytic infiltration in the superficial dermis); (3) Willing to voluntarily sign the biopsy informed consent form; 2. Healthy control group: (1) No serious chronic or acute illnesses; (2) No diseases requiring ongoing treatment or special care; (3) No severe malnutrition or obesity issues.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lichen Planus Group: (1) Patients with atopic dermatitis who have received systemic hormones, immunosuppressants, or biologics within the past 2 weeks, or systemic antihistamine treatment within the past week; (2) Patients with major diseases including immune disorders, blood disorders, or tumors. 2. Healthy Control Group: (1) Severe abnormal laboratory test results, such as liver function abnormalities or kidney function abnormalities, which may affect the interpretation of study results or safety; (2) Presence of any chronic disease requiring long-term treatment or that may affect the interpretation of study results, such as diabetes, heart disease, or hypertension.
