Interventions

Treatment Group:Basic treatment plus modified Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Tang (Chaihu 10g, Huangqin 10g, Fbanxia 10g, Dangshen 10g, Dazao 12g, Shengjiang 6g, Longgu 30g, Muli 30g, Guizhi 10g, Fuling 15g,
syndrome differentiation addition: add Tiansheng 6g for phlegm-heat stirring wind type, add Danshen 15g for qi stagnation and blood stasis type, add Danggui 10g for qi and blood deficiency type, add B
Control Group:Basic treatment (including Madopar, Pramipexole and other anti-Parkinson's disease drugs), course of treatment 4 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old and <=80 years old. 2.Patients who visited Huzhou Central Hospital and were diagnosed with Parkinson's disease combined with rapid eye movement sleep disorder. 3. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form. 4. Not taking any sedative-hypnotic or antipsychotic drugs for treatment. 5. Hoehn -Yahr grade 1-3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not meeting the inclusion criteria. 2.Vulnerable groups other than the elderly include people with mental illness, people with cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, and the illiterate. 3. Unable to cooperate in completing PSG monitoring. 4. Abnormal liver and kidney functions and other serious diseases. 5. Unable to cooperate in taking traditional Chinese medicine.
