Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>=60 years; 2.ASA from I to III; 3.Painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy are to be performed under general anesthesia; 4.Pre-anesthesia information is complete, and the patient can cooperate with preoperative evaluation and postoperative follow-up; 5.Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with severe cardiac and pulmonary insufficiency; 2.Combined active bleeding or electrolyte imbalance; 3.Those who have used vasoactive drugs or sedative-analgesic agents prior to anesthesia; 4.Incomplete clinical data.
