Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cranial MRI DWI confirms acute ischemic stroke. 2. Patients with a nutrition risk assessment NRS2002 score >=3. 3. Age over 18 years, able to stand independently or with assistance to cooperate with 3D modeling data collection. 4. Must obtain informed consent from the patient and their legal guardian, agreeing to cooperate with follow-up until 3 months post-discharge.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS2002) score of less than 3. 2. Patients unable to stand and cooperate for intelligent nutrition monitoring. 3. Patients with severe liver, kidney, heart diseases, or systemic organic diseases. 4. Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
