Breast surgery patients

Interventions

Pure ropivacaine control group:After anesthesia, 20ml of 0.375% ropivacaine will be applied for SAPB on the affected side
Moderate-dose esketamine group:After anesthesia, 0.375% ropivacaine 20ml+0.25mg/kg esketamine was applied to the affected side of SAPB
High-dose esketamine group:After anesthesia, 0.375% ropivacaine 20ml+0.5mg/kg esketamine was applied to the affected side of SAPB

45 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: The age is between 45 and 60 years old; 2: Body mass index (BMI) between18 and 30kg/m^2,improved Kupperman score>6; 3: American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade ?-?, with good cardiopulmonary function and no obvious surgical contraindications,no obvious contraindications for surgery; 4: Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Contraindications of nerve block: coagulation dysfunction, puncture site infection, deformity or tumor, etc. 2: Complicated with dysfunction of important organs such as heart, liver and kidney. 3: Uncontrolled hypertension or poor blood pressure control. 4: Complicated with chronic pain or taking analgesic drugs for a long time. 5: Complicated with central nervous system diseases or psychosis. 6: Allergies to the drugs used in this study.
