Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Meet the definition of heart failure according to guidelines, including patients who have and have not developed HAPI; 3. Length of hospital stay >= 24 hours; 4. Patients and their families provide informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pre-existing PI at the time of admission; 2.Patients who also have other skin problems that make it impossible to distinguish the PI; 3.Patients who are readmitted to the hospital with recurrent HAPI in the same patient.
