Trial group(Clinical portion):The SuperPATH approach is adopted. This approach involves releasing the piriformis muscle.
Control group (Clinical portion):The posterolateral approach is adopted. In this approach, the piriformis muscle is not released.

35 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 35 years old < age < 80 years old; 2. If diagnosed with avascular necrosis of the femoral head or femoral neck fracture, total hip replacement surgery is required. 3. All patients gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form for the surgery and the agreement for participating in the clinical research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hip dysplasia; 2. There is a history of hip surgery on the affected side in the past; 3. Those with severe heart, brain, kidney or other diseases who cannot tolerate surgery; 4. Those with a history of thrombosis or abnormal coagulation function; 5. Have a history of hip joint infection.
