18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with confirmed ureteral obstruction of the transplanted kidney post-kidney transplantation; 2. Patient who has undergone >=1 prior attempt to relieve transplant ureteral obstruction; 3. Serum creatinine level < 400 µmol/L; 4. Signed informed consent and adheres to scheduled visits, study treatment, laboratory tests, and other clinical trial requirements; 5. Undergoing robotic-assisted laparoscopic autologous ureter-to-transplanted kidney collecting system anastomosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serum creatinine level >= 400 umol/L; 2. Patients with active infections; 3. Patients in poor health unable to tolerate surgery (poor cardiopulmonary function, poor coagulation); 4. Patients with lesions in their native ureter.
