Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients aged >= 18 who underwent painless gastroscopy at the endoscopy center and agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced tumors in the throat; 2. History of surgical resection of upper gastrointestinal organs in the past; 3. Currently using antithrombotic drugs; 4. Pregnant and lactating female patients; 5. Serious infections or potential diseases; 6. Participated in this study or similar research within the past 6 months; 7. Perform emergency endoscopic examination; 8. Other hospitals have diagnosed or suspected upper gastrointestinal cancer; 9. Severe dysfunction of vital organs (such as heart, lung, liver, kidney, brain, or hematopoietic function); 10. Patients who refuse to join this study, refuse to sign informed consent forms, or have poor compliance based on comprehensive judgment.
