15 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female participants aged >=15 and =12 months. 3. No significant abnormalities or only early suspicious lesions on imaging examinations (e.g., ultrasound or MRI) that do not meet the definitive diagnostic criteria for endometriosis but are highly suggestive of the disease based on clinical findings; or highly suspected ovarian endometriotic cysts <4 cm in diameter without surgical indication, requiring empirical medical treatment. 4. Completion of pain visual analog scale (VAS) assessment and quality-of-life questionnaire prior to testing, with a pain score =40 mm on at least one pain scale. 5. Signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; patients diagnosed with malignancy, HIV infection, or other viral pathogens/sexually transmitted diseases (STDs); or those in the acute inflammatory stage, including reproductive tract infections. 2. Patients who have received hormonal therapy within the past month. 3. Patients unwilling or unable to provide detailed clinical information or data required for this study. 4. Patients currently participating in another interventional clinical study.
