16 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age greater than 16 years and less than 75 years. 2.Diagnosis of Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis confirmed clinically, endoscopically, or pathologically. 3.3. Inflammatory bowel disease in either an active or remission stage. (Definition of Active Disease: Crohn's Disease: Harvey-Bradshaw Index (HBI) >= 5 ,Ulcerative Colitis: Partial Mayo (pMayo) Score >= 2, with no single subscore > 2);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Having received periodontal non-surgical treatment within the past 3 months. 2.Have used antibiotics within the past 3 months. 3.Diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. 4.Presence of severe concomitant diseases affecting the cardiac, pulmonary, or hematopoietic systems; current pregnancy; or history of surgery within the past 3 months.
