Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer who underwent surgery after neoadjuvant therapy at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University, from January 2020 to December 2025, with complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous neck, chest, or abdominal lymph node dissection; (2) Combined with other systemic tumors or severe diseases; (3) Accompanied by lymphatic system diseases; (4) Incomplete clinical data.
