Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 45 years; 2. Presence of MMSE score >= 18 or CDR-SB score <= 6; 3. Diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease confirmed by both biomarkers and clinical symptoms; 4. Informed consent form signed by the patient or legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling or unable to cooperate with the required examinations; 2. Cognitive impairment secondary to neurological infectious diseases (e.g., HIV, neurosyphilis, autoimmune encephalitis) or systemic diseases (e.g., diabetes, thyroid dysfunction; 3. Presence of severe impairment in vital organs (e.g., cardiac, hepatic) or psychiatric disorders; 4. Presence of any contraindications to neuroimaging examinations; 5. Inability to cooperate with or complete the required follow-up assessments.
