Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years (no gender restrictions); 2. Experiencing chest pain, chest tightness, or other symptoms related to myocardial ischemia, or clinically suspected of having coronary artery disease and undergoing coronary angiography; 3. Undergoing coronary angiography and recording the degree of coronary artery stenosis; 4. Having a complete blood count record within 7 days before the coronary angiography, including the following indicators: neutrophil count, lymphocyte count, platelet count, and C-reactive protein; 5. The electronic medical record should provide complete access to the following clinical information: gender, age; medical history: diagnosis of hypertension, diabetes; medication history within the past 3 months: antiplatelet drugs (such as aspirin, clopidogrel), statins, beta-blockers, ACEI/ARB drugs, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant acute infectious diseases (such as pneumonia, urinary tract infection, acute gastroenteritis, etc., presenting with fever accompanied by a white blood cell count >10×10^9/L or neutrophil proportion >75%); 2. Confirmed autoimmune diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjögren's syndrome, etc., requiring long-term use of immunomodulatory drugs); 3. History of malignant tumors (including hematologic malignancies and solid tumors, regardless of whether chemotherapy or radiotherapy was received); 4. Use of glucocorticoids (e.g., prednisone >=10 mg/day for more than 7 consecutive days) or immunosuppressants (e.g., methotrexate, cyclosporine) within the past month; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women (physiological conditions that may affect routine blood tests and inflammation markers); 6. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction (serum creatinine >176.8 µmol/L or estimated glomerular filtration rate eGFR 3 times the normal upper limit); 7. Incomplete data (such as missing key laboratory indicators or imaging results).
