18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age is 18 years or older; 2. The primary admission diagnosis includes any of the following: respiratory failure, severe pneumonia, Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), or pulmonary infection; 3. ICU stay duration exceeds 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients transferred to the ICU following surgical procedures; 2. Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of malnutrition prior to admission; 3. Patients or their families decline to participate in the study.
