18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years; 2.Patients who have undergone complete gastroscopy; 3.Patients with typical heartburn and reflux symptoms and whose gastroscopy results show reflux esophagitis; 4.Healthy individuals without heartburn or reflux symptoms and whose gastroscopy results show no significant abnormalities; 5.No significant changes in daily life routine in the past 2 years (defined as changes in working hours, cross-time zone travel, night shift to day shift, etc.); 6.Patients with complete clinical data; 7.Normal intelligence, able to complete basic communication and interaction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete clinical data 2.History of digestive system tumors; 3.Presence of diseases such as achalasia of the cardia or obstruction of the outflow tract; 4.Patients with severe dysfunction of the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys. 5.Patients with mental disorders and those with cognitive dysfunction who cannot be adequately questioned and answered.
