Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 4 years <= age <= 6 years; 2. rash presentation; 3. duration of rash <= 3 days; 4. Guardian signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with measles, rubella, varicella, or other diseases; 2.Patients who are unable to cooperate with throat swab collection;
