Control group:The conventional group received a one-week pediatric ECMO training program based on Case-Based Learning (CBL), utilizing conventional PPT lectures
Experimental group:the MR group underwent a one-week pediatric ECMO training via a customized MR training platform

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who have obtained the nurse professional qualification certificate; 2. Nurses in the second year of standardized training
