18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years and <=65 years; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. Planned elective laparoscopic radical surgery for pancreatic cancer under general anaesthesia; 4. Patient has given informed consent and signed the written informed consent form; 5. Able to complete trial-related follow-up tasks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 65 years; 2. ASA classification >III; 3. Contraindications to regional nerve block; 4. Pregnant; 5. Allergy to opioids or study-related medications; 6. Preoperative cognitive impairment (MMSE score 3 months); 8. Patient refusal.
