Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 1 month to under 18 years old; 2. Bone marrow morphologic diagnosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia; 3. The immune type is acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of pancreatitis or other diseases that can cause pancreatitis (hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, cholelithiasis); 2. Delay of treatment for more than two weeks due to economic interruption; 3. Except for acute pancreatitis without PEG-ASP; 4. Other adverse reactions other than AAP, PEG-ASP changed to L-ASP or Erwinia-ASP chemotherapy; 5. The duration of hospitalization is less than 2 days; 6. Use vitamin A preparation before enrollment.
