Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Medical staff group: (1) Bachelor's degree or above, intermediate or above professional title.( 2) Have 5 years or more of experience in respiratory medicine or related clinical work.( 3) Be informed of this research and voluntarily participate. 2.Patient group: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (GOLD) and having a disease course of >=10 years.(2) High school education or above, with good cognitive function.(3) Be capable of independently operating electronic devices such as smart phones or tablet computers.(4)Be informed of this research and voluntarily participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Medical staff group: (1) Intern, trainee or rotating physicians/nurses. (2) Those who have undergone significant job changes (such as resignation or transfer to another department) within three months prior to the start of the study. 2.Patient group: (1) Suffering from severe mental illness or assessed as having cognitive dysfunction, unable to cooperate in completing the study. (2) In the terminal stage of COPD, the condition is extremely unstable. (3) Explicitly refuse to participate in this researcher.
