Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Group:All enrolled patients met the 2024 KDOQI diagnostic criteria for CKD, with at least one of the following conditions persisting for a minimum of three months: estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) = 30 mg/g (>= 3 mg/mmol); 2. Abnormal urinary sediment; 3. Persistent hematuria; 4. Electrolyte and other abnormalities due to tubular disorders; 5. Pathologic abnormalities on renal biopsy; 6. Structural abnormalities detected by imaging studies. Control Group: Individuals who underwent routine health examinations at our hospital during the same period and showed none of the above chronic kidney damage indicators.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple benign renal lesions, such as multiple renal cysts, polycystic kidney disease, or multiple angiomyolipomas; 2. Renal malignant tumors; 3. Other renal conditions that may interfere with elastographic examination, including hydronephrosis or congenital anomalies; 4. Patients unable to adequately cooperate with breath-holding during the examination.
