Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60, both men and women are eligible; 2. BMI between 28 kg/m^2 and 32.5 kg/m^2, or total body fat percentage >25% for men and >30% for women; 3. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or those planning to become pregnant during the trial; 2. Individuals with severe heart, liver, kidney, or hematopoietic system diseases, or those with psychiatric disorders; 3. Individuals who have taken lipid-lowering or weight-loss medications in the two weeks prior to screening, or plan to take medications or supplements during the trial that may affect the trial results, including: (1) Statins (e.g., Atorvastatin, Rosuvastatin) (2) Cholesterol absorption inhibitors (e.g., Ezetimibe) (3) Fibrate drugs (e.g., Fenofibrate, Bezafibrate) (4) Other medications deemed by the investigator to potentially affect study results 4. Individuals allergic to the study drug; 5. Individuals whom the investigator considers to have poor compliance, or for any other reason deemed by the investigator as unsuitable to participate in the trial.
