Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=65 years old; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II - III; 3. Estimated operation time >=2 hours; 4.Total hip arthroplasty under general anesthesia; 5. No cognitive dysfunction before the operation; 6. The patient was informed of this study and signed the informed consent form, voluntarily cooperating with this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other neurological diseases that cause cognitive impairment: such as brain tumors, brain trauma, Parkinson's disease, brain tumors, epilepsy, etc; 2. Patients with mental disorders, those who are unable to cooperate with the examination, and those who refuse the examination; 3. Severe periodontitis, oral malignant tumors; 4. Has a history of periodontal treatment within 3 months; 5. There is obvious acute infection in the oral cavity or other parts of the body; 6. Antibiotics or probiotics were used one month before the operation; 7. Combined with severe diseases of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys and other systems; 8. Patients undergoing emergency surgery or secondary surgery; 9. Patients transferred to the ICU after surgery;
