65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>= 65 years; 2. Undergoing hip or knee joint replacement surgery; 3. ASA grade I to III; 4. All anesthesia methods were general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having central nervous system infections, stroke, head trauma, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis or other major neurological disorders; 2. Having severe psychological conditions such as depression or long-term use of psychotropic drugs, steroid drugs and hormone drugs; 3. Having cognitive dysfunction such as delirium or dementia before the surgery; 4. Having undergone major surgery within the past 1 year; 5. Having incomplete case data or failing to complete follow-up on time.
