Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Meets the criteria for perinatal loss: gestational age >= 20 weeks, including termination due to fetal abnormalities, miscarriage, stillbirth, or neonatal death within 1 month after birth; 3. Currently in early pregnancy following a previous perinatal loss; 4. No other pregnancy complications; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study; 6. Possesses good reading comprehension and ability to understand questionnaire content; 7. Both spouses score low on the Dyadic Coping Inventory (DCI) assessment. 8. Sufficient time available to participate in an in-depth interview; 9. Have given informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe psychiatric illness or cognitive impairment that prevents completion of questionnaires. 2. Presence of major physical illness. 3. Recent experience of major family crisis.
