Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 80 years old; 2.Diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH), or pulmonary hypertension associated with lung diseases and/or hypoxia, in accordance with the 2022 ERS/ESC guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary hypertension; 3.Patients with stable pulmonary hypertension conditions, not expecting any adjustments in their medication, interventional, or surgical treatment plans for their primary disease within the next three months; 4.Subjects have signed an informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with CTEPH deemed operable by a multidisciplinary professional team; 2.Presence of upper limb arterial or venous thrombosis, limb deformities, or upper limb soft tissue injuries that may affect the performance of remote ischemic conditioning (RIC) interventions; 3.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 4.Life expectancy of less than three months; 5.Currently participating in other interventional studies;
