Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically diagnosed with head and neck cancer, including thyroid cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, tongue cancer, gingival cancer, parotid gland cancer, submandibular gland cancer, hypopharyngeal cancer, tonsillar cancer, laryngeal cancer, salivary gland cancer, oropharyngeal cancer, and lip/oral cavity cancer; 2. Planned to receive radiotherapy or concurrent chemoradiotherapy, with a scheduled number of radiotherapy sessions > 25, and had not started radiotherapy at the time of the survey; 3. Confirmed to return to the hospital for reexamination one month after treatment completion; 4. No cognitive-behavioral disorders or mental illnesses; 5. Aged >= 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other concurrent tumors; 2. Patients with other life-threatening diseases; 3. Patients with no ability to communicate.
