Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease; 2. Aged between 18 and 80 years; 3. Clear consciousness, with basic reading or comprehension ability, able to complete the questionnaire independently or with the researcher reading it aloud to assist; 4. Voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of severe mental illnesses such as dementia, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder; 2. Individuals with severe hearing, vision, or speech impairments who are unable to communicate; 3. Those who, upon screening with the GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scales, have a PHQ-9 total score >= 15, and/or a GAD-7 total score >= 15, and/or a score > 0 on item 9 of the PHQ-9 (suicidal ideation); 4. Those whose condition is critical or unstable, and whose attending physician deems them unsuitable to participate.
