Secondary eccentric load group:Barbell Squat: 90% 1RM eccentric / 75% 1RM concentric

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male college basketball players who hold a National Level 2 Athlete certification or higher; 2. Have at least one year's experience of systematic resistance training and can demonstrate proper squat technique; 3. Have no history of major lower-limb injuries or surgeries within the past six months; 4. Aged between 18 and 25 years; 5. Willing to participate voluntarily and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The presence of cardiovascular, metabolic or musculoskeletal disorders; 2. Recent use of medications or nutritional supplements that affect exercise performance; 3. Participation in other interventional studies at the same time.
