18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sessile polyp (Paris classification Is, Isp, and IIa), with NICE classification Type II under NBI; if the same patient has >=2 polyps meeting the inclusion criteria, only the first 2 are included; 2. Age 18-75 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of antithrombotic drugs within the past week; 2. Inflammatory bowel disease or intestinal tuberculosis; 3. Familial polyposis; 4. Coagulation disorder; 5. Postoperative pathological diagnosis of non-adenomatous polyp; 6. Failed polyp retrieval or incomplete resection of the polyp; 7. Patient refusal to participate.
