Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed HIV/AIDS patients and their spouses (with a stable relationship for >=1 year); 2. Aged >=18 years with basic communication skills; 3. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has a serious mental disorder or cognitive deficit; 2. recently received similar psychological intervention.
