Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for postoperative respiratory insufficiency (PORI); 2.Aged 18 to 75 years, with no gender restriction; 3.Having undergone thoracoscopic pulmonary resection for pulmonary lesions; 4.Completing chest computed tomography (CT) scans and routine pulmonary function tests before and after surgery, with image quality meeting the requirements for three-dimensional reconstruction;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with severe chronic lung diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis and pulmonary tuberculosis that affect the assessment of pulmonary function; 2.Preoperative presence of respiratory insufficiency (PaO2<60 mmHg, in the non-oxygen inhalation state) or acute respiratory distress syndrome; 3.Complicated with severe heart diseases (e.g., heart failure, severe arrhythmia), hepatic and renal failure, or coagulation dysfunction; 4.Thoracic deformity, a history of previous pulmonary surgery or thoracic radiotherapy that affects the measurement of lung volume; 5.Presence of motion artifacts, metal artifacts and other defects on CT images that prevent the completion of three-dimensional reconstruction;
